“You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.” — Matthew 5:13
I am honored that Jen and Chris Yokel included my poem “Salt” in “The Poetry Pub Chapbook Vol. 2: 2020 Perspectives.” In this excellent collection, thirty-six poets from The Poetry Pub community, of which I am happily a part, offer their thoughts about 2020 and all the craziness that foul year contained. This collection released yesterday, January 27th, and is currently available to download for free from The Poetry Pub website, so go read “Salt” and everything else there!
